How are family's being affected by global poverty?

Many family's and people across the globe are affected by poverty, and this can affect them in so many different ways, a lot of poor countries have a lack of clean fresh water so many young children must walk miles to get water in which they must share with animals that have infected the water. A lot of familys may not have enough money to buy hygiene products, food and antibiotics which means they are more prone to infection, disease and starvation.
